A sheet for nominations will be available at the Club from Monday 22nd December and will be removed on Tuesday 13th January at 7.30pm.
All members nominated to join the Committee must have a minimum of 6 months Club membership and be a fully paid-up member of the Club for a minimum of 6 months.
Anyone wishing to stand for a position will need to write an impact statement and obtain 20% of the votes.
If you wish to nominate a member for Committee membership or an executive position, please make sure they agree before nominating.
All nominations must have a proposer and a seconder who have been fully paid-up members of the Club for a minimum of 6 months.
